We use several channels for recruitment, such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Google Jobs, and our own career page. All external pages will always link to our career page, though. Please avoid scammers as Postidal only allows people to apply for any position directly through our career page.

After a person applies for a job at Postidal, our Human Resources will evaluate their qualification. Then, they will receive a rejection email or an invite for a first-screen-job interview. Please see below our hiring Diagram for both, US hires and abroad hires.

Depending on the position, our hiring process may very fast and smooth. Generally, after our first screen, the person is given an assessment. If it’s done correctly, the candidate is then invited for a final job interview at any of our offices, or virtual room. Due to Covid-19, we are only conducting virtual job interviews.
